    Job Description

We’re looking for a strategic, execution-oriented VP of Industry Product Marketing to fuel IFS’s go-to-market success for our priority industries. You’ll build and scale a high-performing team that creates category leadership, fuels pipeline and ARR, and elevates our “Moment of Service” brand through industry narratives, campaigns, and customer evidence.

    What you’ll do

    • Voice of market: Bring competitive, buyer, and regulatory insights back to Product and Strategy to inform IFS Cloud roadmaps and win themes. Regularly interview customers to unearth deep customer insights.
    • Own industry GTM strategy & messaging: For each priority industry (e.g., Aerospace & Defense, Energy/Utilities/Resources, Manufacturing, Service, Telecommunications) across the IFS Cloud Suite (ERP, EAM, FSM) and IFS.ai, define sub-segments, ICPs and differentiated value-based messaging.
    • Build & lead the team: Hire, coach, and manage a global team of industry product marketers. Establish OKRs tied to pipeline, win rate, and revenue targets.
    • Pipeline-first campaigns: Partner with Campaigns/Demand Gen to launch full-funnel, industry-specific campaigns (ABM, digital, events) that create SQLs and accelerate deals.
    • Sales partnership & enablement: Identify and package repeatable GTM plays expressed through sales playbooks, competitive battlecards, and customer stories. Enable AEs, solution consultants, and partners to sell across ERP/EAM/FSM value. Ensure that industry product marketers help accelerate enterprise deals by acting as industry/domain experts.
    • Thought leadership: Provide thought leadership ideas, themes and concepts to the content marketing team, who will develop long-form content marketing assets. Ensure that thought leadership is tightly aligned to industry pain points (project, asset, and service lifecycle), proof-of-value content (TCO/ROI), and analyst-ready narratives. Act as industry spokespeople at conferences, events, analyst/press briefings.
    • Analyst & PR alignment: Partner with AR/PR/Comms to shape industry evaluations and share outcomes.
    • Customer evidence & advocacy: Source, develop, and scale customer stories and references by industry. Turn outcomes into repeatable plays and proof points.
    • Partner & ecosystem GTM: Collaborate with SIs, VARs, hyperscalers, and ISVs on joint industry solutions, offers, and field motions.
    • Forecasting & performance: Drive industry GTM plans and ensure budgets, dashboards, and readouts are in place to deliver performance. Ensure clear attribution with RevOps and Finance.

    What We’re Offering

    • Flexible paid time off, including sick and holiday
    • Medical, dental, & vision insurance
    • 401K with Company contribution
    • Flexible spending accounts
    • Life insurance and disability benefits

    What You’ll Bring

    • 12+ years in B2B enterprise software product marketing, including 3+ years building vertical/industry marketing programs at scale. Minimum of 3 years of experience at a VP level in a SaaS company.
    • Deep familiarity with asset- and service-centric industries. Experience marketing solutions spanning ERP, EAM, and/or FSM strongly preferred.
    • Proven record delivering pipeline and revenue impact via integrated, account-based industry campaigns.
    • Exceptional storytelling and content chops – able to translate complex capabilities (e.g., Industrial AI, cloud platform advantages) into crisp value for specific buyers.
    • Ability to create partnerships with Sales, Product, AR/PR, and Alliances. Comfortable presenting to C-suite customers and analysts.
