We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of our client, a globally operating organization, for a Vice President of Human Resources to serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. This role will be instrumental in driving enterprise-wide transformation, aligning talent strategy with a value creation plan, and helping lead the organization through a shift to a high-performance, results-driven operating model.
The VP of Human Resources will partner closely with the CEO and executive team to design and execute a global people strategy that supports business objectives and long-term growth. This individual will play a central role in leading change management initiatives, enhancing leadership capability, and building a culture rooted in accountability, performance, and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global talent and leadership strategy aligned with the company’s value creation objectives
- Lead large-scale change management initiatives, including cultural transformation and organizational alignment
- Oversee workforce planning, restructuring efforts, and cost optimization initiatives
- Design and implement performance management and incentive programs tied directly to business outcomes
- Assess and upgrade leadership talent, including succession planning and executive development
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on all human capital matters
- Drive organizational effectiveness across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Foster transparent communication and consistent leadership behaviors to build trust and engagement
Candidate Profile
- Senior HR leadership experience within complex, global organizations
- Proven success in private equity-backed environments, including transformations, carve-outs, or turnarounds
- Demonstrated experience leading workforce reductions and organizational restructuring initiatives
- Strong partnership experience with CEO and CFO-level leadership
- Ability to operate effectively across multiple geographies and navigate diverse labor environments
- Decisive, execution-oriented leader with the ability to manage ambiguity and lead through change
