    The paid advertising team is looking for someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment, wants to work in a team-oriented environment, and be inclined to seek out challenges and opportunities. We are open to employees based in either the Washington, D.C., or New York City metro areas.

    What You Will Be Doing:

    · Run multiple large client accounts and projects that may include staff from other Precision teams while maintaining high quality output and progress to strategic goals with little supervision.

    · Develop and maintain key client relationships.

    · Develop media plans and oversee media plan creation by other team members.

    · Set up campaigns, QA content before setting live, and monitor performance.

    · Primarily edit content for advertising placements, work with designers and video editors to execute visual products.

    · Demonstrate fluency with major advertising platforms, including programmatic platform.

    · Correspond with vendors to fulfill media plan needs, lead sourcing of new vendors.

    • Manage an in-house team effectively and efficiently and manage junior and mid level staff.
    • Manage timelines, identifying any issues and proactively addressing them with the team.
    • Work collaboratively across communications, data and digital departments on behalf of clients
    • Contribute to new business proposals and presentations.

    What We Are Looking For:

    • 10+ years of relevant experience in paid media programing, strategy, and management.
    • Ability to manage many different projects at once.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative, energetic, and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit.
    • Experience managing and guiding junior talent.
    • Ability to work with colleagues across the agency.

    The salary range for this role is $135,000-165,000.

    Due to the pandemic, we required all employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19. We are currently working in a hybrid model and required staff to work in the office 50% of working day per month.
