    Revenued is a revolutionary fintech company founded by a team of leading pioneers in the alternative small business financing industry. We provide capital to small to medium-sized businesses through bespoke funding arrangements such as business cards and flexlines. The company is a natural partner for fintech platforms and credit card issuers who seek a solution for their customers and applicants with subprime credit.

    We are seeking a seasoned Business Development leader with a proven track record of driving strategic growth in the payments industry. This is a high-impact role focused on expanding our footprint through deep industry relationships, solution-driven selling, and a sophisticated understanding of the payments ecosystem. You will be instrumental in forging and closing large-scale partnerships, identifying untapped market opportunities, and helping shape the company's go-to-market strategy

    This position is fully remote; however, you will be required to work EST zone hours.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategically identify and pursue high-value partnership opportunities to provide working capital to small business customers within the following: the payments space, e-commerce platforms, vertical SaaS platforms, financial institutions, ISOs, and technology partners.
    • Leverage your established network to accelerate pipeline development and shorten sales cycles.
    • Lead complex deal negotiations and partner with legal, finance, and product teams to close mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and networking functions to strengthen brand presence and develop strategic alliances.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to craft proposals, close deals, and onboard new clients.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, pricing models, and regulatory changes affecting the payment space.
    • Negotiate and finalize contracts that align with company goals and client expectations.
    • Track sales activity in the CRM and provide accurate forecasts and regular progress reports to leadership.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
    • 5-10 + years of B2B sales or business development experience in fintech, payments, merchant services, or financial products.
    • Demonstrated success in building and executing go-to-market strategies and consistently exceeding multi-million dollar revenue targets
    • A robust network of senior-level contacts across merchants, banks, payment processors, and technology providers.
    • Strong knowledge of payment processing, merchant acquiring, interchange, gateways, and digital wallets.
    • Knowledge of compliance and risk considerations in payment processing.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
