Job Description
The Position:
The Vice President, Performance Marketing – Channels, **** will lead Paid Social, Programmatic, and Paid Search teams in developing strategy and executing tactics, leading an in-house team of performance marketing professionals, and delivering strong results for the Peacock business. This role is responsible for Social/Programmatic platform partnerships across Peacock and the broader Growth Marketing organization. This role sets the strategy for how Performance Media channels drive incremental growth, oversees cross-channel testing and measurement, and serves as a senior thought partner to Growth Strategy, Media Analytics, Finance, and external platform partners.
This leader is expected to operate with a multi‑level perspective , from executive strategy to in-market decisioning, while coaching managers and shaping the long-term evolution of the Performance Marketing discipline.
