The Vice President, Sales leader will represent the Tungsten Automation brand in traditional segments as well as new, high‑growth areas, ensuring strong customer and partner satisfaction while driving consistent regional revenue performance.

Required Skills
Required Experience
12+ years of experience in enterprise software, including 5+ years leading a division or regional sales team.
Demonstrable sales and sales leadership experience with a proven track record of successful revenue performance.
Experience in enterprise software solutions selling; experience in Intelligent Automation or adjacent technologies is desirable.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience building, developing, and maintaining a highly effective sales team.
Experience with direct and indirect sales models.
Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and influence skills.
Autonomous, influential leader with strong communication skills.

The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $189,790 - $305,000, plus a variable component. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location, skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education or training. This range reflects the base salary for the role and is offered in conjunction with a comprehensive benefits package.
