  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Full strategic and operational responsibility for the South Region P&L
    • Development and execution of regional growth strategies
    • Leadership and coaching of three Sales Directors and one Service Manager
    • Expansion of market presence and customer engagement across 16 product lines
    • Budgeting, forecasting, and regional resource planning
    • Recruiting and developing top commercial and service talent
    • Driving strategic initiatives and supporting the development of the new Houston facility
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related technical field
    • At least 5 years of management experience in sales or service
    • Experience in scientific instrumentation or related industries preferred
    • Strong commercial judgement, leadership presence, and strategic mindset
    • Ability to travel up to 25% within the Southern United States
    • Valid driver’s license and passport
