Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive talent acquisition leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role
- Proven success leading large, complex recruiting organization in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- Deep expertise in people analytics, executive recruiting, and strategic workforce planning
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and impactful talent solutions
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and executive influencing skills
- Experienced in leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems and HR technologies to automate processes and drive recruitment efficiency
- Demonstrates clear, compelling, and audience-tailored communication across all levels of the organization – Skilled in delivering high-impact presentations and leading engaging training sessions
- Deep understanding of the recruitment life cycle with a forward-thinking approach to market trends and talent strategies
- Highly organized, effective with time management and prioritization with the ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities and deadlines
- Experience strategically engaging with external search firms
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or MA/MS in HR or related field) preferred
Pay Range: $350,000 - 450,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
