Job Description
We’re seeking a visionary **Vice President, Technical Operations & Asset Performance **to lead our global Center of Excellence (COE) focused on driving world-class performance in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) , asset reliability , and technical innovation across our manufacturing network.
This executive role will lead a team of subject matter experts in glass melting, forming, and finished product technologies - setting global standards, scaling best practices, and delivering measurable improvements in uptime, energy efficiency, and cost performance. You’ll be at the forefront of our transformation journey, shifting operational accountability to regional teams while ensuring global alignment and excellence.

What we offer at O-I:
Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is between $250 K & $300 K. Additionally, this position will have the opportunity to earn 30% STI and 35% LTI. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
