Vice President, Wealth Business Development
Job Description
Wilshire is seeking an experienced National Accounts professional to focus on strategic distribution efforts across the TAMP, broker dealer, RIA, and model portfolio ecosystem. This individual will be responsible for expanding Wilshire’s presence within the intermediary wealth channel by developing enterprise relationships with home offices, model gatekeepers, managed account platforms, CIO offices, and key strategic partners.
The role will focus on driving adoption of Wilshire’s investment solutions, model portfolios, manager research capabilities, outsourced investment solutions, and alternative investment offerings across the wealth management landscape.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in intermediary distribution and understands how models move from research and platform approval into advisor adoption, asset growth, and scalable enterprise partnerships.

The anticipated total annual cash compensation range for this role is approximately $130,000 to $230,000, inclusive of base salary and potential activity-based commissions. However, base pay will be determined on an individual basis considering various factors, including location, qualifications, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes a full range of health and financial benefit offerings, which will be provided in conjunction with an offer of employment.
