Rapidly expanding SaaS organization is seeking a Vice President of Account Management and Growth to lead all retention, expansion, and growth efforts across the US. Position is remote and will manage a team including front line managers, Directors, and individual contributors. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading growth, retention, and expansion teams (of at least 40-50) who are responsible for securing and retaining ARR of at least $100M. The role requires extensive work cross functionally with CX, Product, and delivery teams. Must have deep technology sales leadership, a STABLE JOB HISTORY, and a current track record of exceeding revenue goals and minimizing attrition.
