Role Summary

The VP, AI is a newly created senior leadership role to catapult Wolfe's company-wide effort to integrate, implement, and measure artificial intelligence performance impact across all areas of the business — including customer service, product, sales, technology, marketing, data, finance, security, fraud, compliance, legal, and people operations.

You will be assigned several engineers, AI enthusiasts, and testers to help you with your goals. You will have your own team of 5–8 employees.

Wolfe is an AI-aggressive company, years into our transformation journey. We have already launched AI-powered applications in Customer Service, Corporate Sales, Coding/Technology, Compliance, Fraud Prevention, Consumer, HR, and Legal.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader will build on Wolfe's established AI foundation, accelerating adoption and delivering practical, measurable outcomes. You will help teams apply AI in real work, leveraging our proven successes and driving the next wave of innovation.

This is a 5-day onsite role in Pittsburgh, PA.

Impact Statement

The following are the key results you are expected to deliver in your first 90-120 days:

• AI to handle 75% of Customer Service inbound calls, tickets, and chats by the end of Q1 2026.
• AI to handle 50% of all new customer sales leads during office hours, and 100% off hours by the end of Q1 2026.
• AI to be used to produce 50% of all Developer code by the end of Q1 2026.
• AI to be used to perform 75% of all QA by the end of Q1 2026.
• AI to make outbound sales calls to all non-active customers by the end of month 1.
• AI to be used to produce 25% of all Social Media creatives.
• AI to be used for all Product image creation, text suggestions for messages, and video creation by the end of Q1 2026.

Ongoing Responsibilities

• Lead the continued integration of AI across all business units to expand automation, intelligence, and efficiency beyond initial targets.
• Build, develop, and manage a high-performing AI team that supports enterprise-wide AI deployment and innovation.
• Partner with functional leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute new AI initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Monitor AI performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and measurable ROI across all departments.
• Maintain compliance, security, and ethical use standards for all AI systems and processes.
• Champion internal AI education and adoption to ensure Wolfe remains at the forefront of applied artificial intelligence.

Who We're Looking For

You are an execution-focused leader who combines technical fluency with strong cross-functional collaboration. You thrive on turning ideas into immediate, measurable results and enjoy helping teams discover new ways to work through AI. You are equally comfortable with engineers, product leaders, and business operators, and you build credibility by doing, not talking. You bring:

• 5-10 years of experience in project leadership, including a minimum of 3 years focused on applied AI or machine learning.
• Proven success leading AI initiatives that improved operational efficiency or delivered measurable business results.
• Hands-on understanding of AI tools and platforms.
• Strong product and business sensibility to align AI use with real-world needs.
• Excellent communication and influence skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• A builder's mindset that values iteration, speed, and tangible outcomes over theory.
