    Location** : New York (travel to Pennsylvania) **
    Compensation** : $160,000–$180,000 base + commission

    We are a fast-growing healthcare solutions company focused on helping families and healthcare providers navigate Medicaid eligibility and enrollment. Our work directly impacts the quality of care seniors and vulnerable populations receive, streamlining the complex process of accessing essential home care services. We partner with home care agencies and health plans to ensure clients receive timely and accurate support while driving growth and operational excellence.

    We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Business Development to lead growth initiatives across New York and Pennsylvania. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing business strategies, expanding partnerships, and driving revenue growth within Medicaid eligibility and enrollment services. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of Medicaid, home care, and health plan operations with exceptional relationship-building and leadership capabilities.

    Responsibilities :

    • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand Medicaid eligibility and enrollment partnerships.
    • Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with home care agencies, health plans, and other key stakeholders.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing BD team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
    • Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing strategic partnerships.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with operational capabilities.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and capitalize on opportunities.
    • Deliver consistent revenue growth while maintaining high standards for client satisfaction and service quality.

    Qualifications :

    • Extensive experience in Medicaid and home care or health plan business development.
    • Proven track record of growing revenue and establishing high-value partnerships.
    • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
    • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Willingness and ability to travel between New York and Pennsylvania regularly.
    • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

    Compensation :

    • Base salary: $160,000–$180,000
    • Commission: Performance-based incentives tied to revenue growth
