    VP of Business Systems

    Role Overview:

    Colibri seeks an experienced and execution-oriented VP of Business Systems to lead strategic modernization and integration of our enterprise technology landscape as part of our critical "Farside" initiative. This executive will strategically oversee core corporate applications—including ERP (Workday), CRM (Salesforce), MarTech, HRIS, and key business systems—ensuring seamless integration within Colibri's broader technology ecosystem.

    The ideal candidate has extensive leadership experience in enterprise technology, deep expertise in Salesforce and Workday, and a strong record of executing complex corporate technology transformations at scale. Critically, this leader will possess significant experience managing fragmented M &A scenarios, prioritizing integrations based on clear value capture, simplifying complexity, and demonstrating proven success rapidly accelerating integration outcomes from multiple acquisitions. Leveraging global internal teams and strategic partnerships, this role proactively delivers tangible business outcomes, operational excellence, and differentiated capabilities that build competitive moats for Colibri.

    Core Responsibilities:

    1. Strategic Ownership of Corporate Applications

    • Lead strategic planning, implementation, and operational excellence across Colibri's corporate technology portfolio, including ERP (Workday), CRM (Salesforce), MarTech, HRIS , and core business SaaS applications.
    • Ensure strategic alignment and seamless integration of corporate applications with broader Colibri technology capabilities (AI, Data, Payments, LMS), enhancing competitive differentiation and operational agility.

    2. Execution Discipline and Integration Leadership

    • Drive rigorous, structured execution discipline—delivering transformation milestones, simplifying complexity, clarifying strategic priorities, and ensuring rapid, measurable outcomes.
    • Effectively integrate internal enterprise systems with core Colibri capabilities, delivering leverage, efficiency gains, and competitive advantage.

    3. Proven Transformation Leadership

    • Leverage extensive experience successfully delivering large-scale enterprise transformations (Salesforce, Workday) across ERP, CRM, corporate applications, and business systems.
    • Draw on deep professional connections, industry best practices, and benchmarks, leveraging peer insights to enhance transformation effectiveness.

    4. Accelerating M &A Integrations

    • Successfully manage fragmented and undigested acquisitions, clearly prioritizing integration efforts based on strategic and financial value.
    • Rapidly simplify, rationalize, and accelerate integration processes, demonstrating proven capability to streamline multiple complex integrations concurrently.

    5. Cross-Functional Partnership and Collaboration

    • Actively partner with Colibri's Product Management, Engineering, and Architecture teams, collaboratively delivering integrated, strategically differentiated solutions that build competitive market moats.
    • Clearly communicate priorities, remove ambiguity, and build cohesive alignment across global internal teams and external strategic partners.

    6. Leverage Global Organization and Strategic Partnerships

    • Effectively leverage Colibri's global internal teams and external partners, driving execution leverage, skillset optimization, and enhanced capacity for strategic enterprise technology initiatives.
    • Develop and sustain strategic partnerships (particularly Salesforce and Workday ecosystems), enhancing execution capacity, innovation, and competitive advantage.

    • Proactively challenge legacy practices, credibly advocating simplification, clarity, and structured optimization of complex enterprise systems and business processes.
