    Vice President of Clinical Operations

    The Company: Our client is a growing healthcare provider focused on delivering high-quality, value-based care to patients in post-acute and long-term care settings. Their mission is to improve life through compassionate, coordinated healthcare.

    The Position: We are seeking a strategic and operationally strong Vice President of Clinical Operations to lead all aspects client’s daily functions and long-term growth. This senior executive will oversee clinical and administrative operations, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure regulatory compliance and financial performance across our markets. Our client is offering the following compensation and benefits:

    • $180,000 – $210,000 Depending on Experience

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute the strategic operating plan in collaboration with senior leadership
    • Provide leadership and oversight for a multi-state team of Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, RN Case Managers, and administrative personnel
    • Drive clinical quality and performance improvement, including HEDIS and health plan outcomes
    • Oversee financial operations, revenue cycle, budgeting, and reporting
    • Lead provider recruitment, credentialing, onboarding, and retention initiatives
    • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, HIPAA, and company policies
    • Monitor key clinical metrics and lead initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
    • Partner with coding, auditing, and technology teams to optimize clinical documentation and systems
    • Represent client in internal board meetings and with health plan and facility partners

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5–7 years of senior leadership in long-term care, managed care, or post-acute healthcare operations
    • Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, ISNPs, and value-based care models
    • Proven success managing clinical teams and healthcare operations across multiple sites
    • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
    • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) highly preferred
    • Strong financial acumen and experience with operational budgeting
    • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills
    • Willingness to travel as needed
