As VP of Digital Marketing , you'll be responsible for scaling customer acquisition, owning ad strategy across all digital channels, and mentoring a high-performance team in pursuit of marketing excellence.     Lead with vision. Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that aligns with company mission and long-term impact goals.

    Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, sales, product, and intake to ensure marketing is in service of the full client journey.

    Requirements

    • 7–10+ years in digital marketing with a proven track record of scaling lead generation and performance marketing
    • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta, SEO, programmatic, YouTube, and CRO best practices
    • Strong leadership experience managing both in-house teams and external agencies
    • Analytical fluency—able to translate data into strategy and communicate results clearly to execs
    • Background in legal marketing or other high-compliance, high-competition verticals a strong plus
