    Job Description

    Position Overview: The Vice President (VP) of Facilities Management is responsible for overseeing FM operations across multiple regions and supporting the advancement of corporate initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations, the VP will lead Facility Directors, guide strategy, and ensure consistent quality and compliance across their portfolio. In addition to regional oversight, the VP will contribute to developing and implementing company-wide strategies that drive operational excellence, standardization, and innovation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Leadership & Strategy
    * Provide leadership and direction to Facility Directors and their site-level teams, ensuring consistent execution of FM standards and strategies.
    
    * Lead regional and cross-regional initiatives to enhance and standardize facilities management operations.
    
    * Support company-wide programs and initiatives, collaborating with executive leadership on operational strategies that align with corporate goals.
    
    * Oversee budgets, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure financial accountability across regions.
    
    * Strengthen client relationships and partnerships to advance Forefront Healthcare’s mission and brand.
    
    • Operational Oversight
    * Ensure Facility Directors effectively manage day-to-day FM operations within their accounts.
    
    * Monitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices to enhance quality and efficiency.
    
    * Drive consistency in service delivery, regulatory compliance, and safety standards across all assigned regions.
    
    * Leverage technology and data insights to optimize workflows and service delivery.
    
    • Talent Development
    * Mentor and develop Facility Directors to promote a high-performing, engaged team.
    
    * Foster leadership growth and build internal expertise through development opportunities and coaching.
    
    * Create an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    
    • Travel
    * Up to 60% travel is required to support regional teams, oversee operations, and maintain client relationships.
    

    Salary: $130,000-$150,000/yr

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, facilities management, or a related field is required.

    • A Master’s degree is a plus.

    • Equivalent experience of 10+ years in a senior facilities management role will also be considered.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 10 years experience in facilities management or a related field, with at least 5 years in a multi-site leadership role.

    • Experience leading Facility Directors or multi-region operations strongly preferred.

    • Proven ability to develop strategies, manage complex operations, and oversee budgets.

    • Track record of building and leading high-performing teams and strengthening client relationships.

    • Healthcare or hospital facilities management experience is strongly preferred.

    Skills:

    • Deep knowledge of facilities management compliance and regulatory standards.

    • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership capabilities.

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse regions and responsibilities.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite and FM software platforms.
