    We are seeking a strategic, hands-on leader to join our organization as Vice President of Finance & Administration. This executive-level role will oversee all financial operations while guiding the company’s long-term financial and operational strategy within a multi-entity, equipment-driven business operating across multiple markets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to support growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.

    Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

    Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

    Oversee all accounting functions, including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger; ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

    Provide strategic oversight of the IT function, ensuring systems effectively support operations, data integrity, and security.

    Partner with HR leadership on workforce planning, compensation strategy, compliance, and organizational development initiatives.

    Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and executive team on financial, operational, and strategic matters.

    Support and evaluate strategic initiatives, including market expansion, pricing strategy, operational efficiencies, and potential M&A activity.

    Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams across Finance, IT, and HR.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required; MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred.

    10+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance, ideally within service, logistics, or equipment-based industries.

    Proven experience leading financial planning, complex budgeting, and strategic analysis in a multi-entity environment.

    Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights and recommendations.

    Demonstrated leadership skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.

    High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

    Ability to successfully pass a background check.
