Lead the Fitness function across all clubs to deliver standout member experiences and profitable growth. Own the fitness business: strategy, execution, talent, systems, and results.

What You’ll Do
Own the fitness P&L across clubs; set targets and deliver revenue, margin, and labor efficiency.
Raise member satisfaction for PT clients through consistent service standards and coaching.
Run the playbook: deploy and drive adoption of Enhance and other PT tools/programs.
Build the team: recruit, develop, and lead all fitness staff.
Level up capability: design and deliver training that improves PT knowledge, skills, and performance.
Partner with Marketing to create and optimize campaigns that grow fitness awareness and conversion.
Manage performance using KPIs; inspect what matters and course‑correct quickly.
Scale what works: standardize best practices and launch strategic programs across markets.
What You Bring
Multi-unit fitness leadership with proven success in Personal Training.
A track record of growing revenue and profitability.
Strength in recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
Comfort working cross‑functionally with Operations and Marketing.
Clear communicator with a bias for action; passionate about fitness and member experience.
