    Location: Fully remote or hybrid. Occasional travel to Allen, TX.

    Role Summary

    Own enterprise franchise growth and expansion strategy

    Build and scale a predictable, repeatable franchise development engine

    Full revenue accountability for franchising growth

    Target 3 to 4 franchise awards per month, scaling to 5 to 10

    Compensation

    Base salary: $120,000 to $150,000 annually

    Performance incentives: $200,000 to $250,000 annually, tied to franchise sales performance

    Key Responsibilities

    Own franchising strategy, pipeline, forecasting, and results

    Design and enforce the full franchise sales process from lead to award

    Personally close high value and strategic franchise deals

    Lead, hire, coach, and hold the franchise development team accountable

    Set KPIs, dashboards, execution rhythms, and performance standards

    Own CRM discipline, pipeline quality, and conversion performance

    Eliminate bottlenecks that slow awards or reduce quality

    Align with marketing, operations, and onboarding for clean handoffs and fast launches

    Own territory strategy, market prioritization, and expansion planning

    Qualifications

    5 plus years in franchise development or franchise sales leadership

    Proven record of awarding franchises at scale

    Experience building and leading high-performance sales teams

    Strong executive communication and decision-making

    Data-driven operator comfortable owning aggressive revenue targets
