    Vice President, Human Resources (Strategic HR Leader)

    You’ll operate as both a trusted advisor to senior leaders and a hands-on builder, helping shape people strategy while driving execution across a complex, multi-entity environment.

    What You’ll Do

    Strategic HR Partnership (External-Facing)

    • Partner directly with senior HR and business leaders across a portfolio of operating companies
    • Deliver tailored HR solutions across talent acquisition, total rewards, talent management, and organizational design
    • Act as a strategic advisor on workforce planning, org structure, and leadership effectiveness
    • Identify gaps in talent strategy and build scalable solutions to address them
    • Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, including CHRO-level partners

    Enterprise HR Leadership (Internal-Facing)

    • Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership and functional teams
    • Help shape and execute the broader HR strategy across the organization
    • Drive alignment between internal HR initiatives and the needs of partner organizations
    • Lead or contribute to high-impact initiatives (e.g., M&A integration, org redesign, change management)
    • Champion culture, engagement, and leadership development efforts

    Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Strategy

    • Coach leaders on performance management, employee relations, and team development
    • Use data and insights to proactively drive HR programs and decisions
    • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design
    • Ensure compliance and partner with legal on risk mitigation when needed
    • Drive initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, and performance

    What You Bring

    • 12+ years of progressive HR experience (HRBP or generalist background)
    • Experience operating at a strategic level with senior leadership
    • Proven ability to balance strategy + execution in complex environments
    • Strong background across core HR functions (talent, comp, ER, L&D, etc.)
    • Experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
    • Strong change management and organizational design experience
    • Excellent communication skills with executive presence

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience in consulting, advisory, or multi-entity environments
    • Exposure to M&A, integration, or transformation work
    • Advanced degree in HR or related field
