    Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an executive leadership opportunity in Manchester, Connecticut.

Manchester boasts scenic parks, a vibrant arts community, and historic mill buildings that reflect its rich industrial past. Our client is a dynamic healthcare network operating twelve skilled nursing facilities across Connecticut, committed to excellence in long-term care. They are seeking a high-level HR executive to drive people strategy and organizational development across a workforce of more than 2,000 employees.

    Salary and Benefits

    • Annual salary range: $150,000 to $200,000 (based on credentials and experience)
    • Health Insurance – Multiple medical plans offered
      • Eligibility begins 1st of the month after 60 days
      • Vision and Dental insurance also available
    • Company-Paid Life Insurance – $50,000 (reduces to $25,000 at age 70)
    • Optional supplemental life coverage for employees and dependents
    • Short-Term Disability – 60% salary up to $250/week (company-paid)
      • Starts on day 15 of disability; payable for up to 11 weeks
    • Long-Term Disability – 50% salary up to $3,000/month (company-paid)
      • Begins after 90 days of disability

      • Eligible immediately upon hire
    • Paid Time Off (PTO)
      • Vacation: Up to 160 hours/year (increases with service)
      • Sick Leave: Up to 64 hours/year

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the human resources function for a multi-site healthcare organization with 2,000+ employees
    • Oversee and support HR teams including Generalists and Assistants across all locations
    • Manage strategic HR initiatives in:
      • Talent acquisition and retention
      • Onboarding and staff development
      • Labor relations and union negotiations
      • Employee engagement and recognition programs
      • Compensation planning and payroll coordination
      • Leave administration and regulatory compliance
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and site administrators
    • Provide guidance on employment law and disciplinary matters
    • Ensure compliance with state and federal labor regulations
    • Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
    • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with significant leadership responsibilities
    • Healthcare or skilled nursing experience strongly preferred
    • Union negotiation or labor relations experience a plus
    • In-depth knowledge of HR disciplines including employment law, compensation, and employee relations
    • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and related technology platforms
    • Willingness to travel throughout Connecticut with occasional out-of-state travel
