BRĒZ is seeking an extraordinarily strategic, creative, and growth-oriented marketing leader to scale enterprise-wide marketing efforts for the company's expanding brand and product and portfolio. This position will lead comprehensive omnichannel marketing, communications, and digital strategy across channels, which include wholesale distribution to retailers and direct to consumer ecommerce. This position will also forge strong relationships with leadership, build bridges across functions, and leverage data-driven insights to positively impact the customer journey at all touch points to drive enterprise-wide revenue growth.
The successful candidate will possess an entrepreneurial drive, cognitive agility, and business acumen across organizational functions. The ideal candidate will be skilled at leveraging both the analytical and creative aspects of consumer-centric marketing, will have a P&L mindset, will be drawn to the fluidity and pace of a high-growth venture, and will have an impressive track record of building consumer brands in a relevant industry vertical.
Who you are:
As VP of Marketing at BRĒZ, you will lead our entire marketing organization—owning brand strategy, performance marketing, creative, and integrated campaigns across DTC, retail, and emerging channels. Reporting to the CEO, you'll be responsible for driving full-funnel results and long-term brand equity as we scale beyond $100M in revenue.
You'll shape the BRĒZ narrative and ensure it shows up with clarity and impact across every customer touchpoint—from paid ads to packaging, from digital funnels to retail shelves. This role blends storytelling with performance—driving both awareness and acquisition through a unified marketing vision.
The ideal candidate has built and scaled high-growth consumer brands through strategic marketing, operational rigor, and creative leadership. You know how to lead teams, move fast, and align brand and growth to unlock meaningful, lasting value.

8-15 years of marketing experience, preferably in CPG, beverage, wellness, or functional products.
Proven track record of scaling DTC and retail brands through strategic, performance-driven marketing.
Strong experience in brand building, digital marketing, acquisition, retention, and creative direction.
Familiarity with affiliate and creator partnership ecosystems
Expertise in budget management, data analytics, and performance reporting.
Prior leadership of omnichannel marketing teams at a brand scaling from $10M to $100M+
Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams and agency partners.
Fluency in performance metrics and tools: Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, GA4, Triple Whale/Northbeam, Looker
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Excellent relationship-building, and communication skills
Strong presentation skills, ability to tailor messaging to the audience
Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Proven leadership supporting remote and local teams
Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.
Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
Experience in the beverage, CPG, or cannabis industries is a plus.
