Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, business growth, and system-wide performance.
Brand Development & Management: Lead the creation, evolution, and execution of brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channels for multiple brands.
Franchise System Alignment: Collaborate closely with franchisees, franchise development teams, and the corporate leadership team to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with the overall system goals.
Digital Marketing Leadership: Oversee the digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, paid media, email marketing, and social media strategy.
Franchisee Support & Training: Develop and deliver marketing training programs to franchisees, ensuring they are equipped with the tools, resources, and knowledge to execute local marketing efforts effectively.
Market Research & Analytics: Continuously analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to adjust marketing strategies as necessary.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various initiatives and achieving an optimal return on investment (ROI).
Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship and guidance while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Collaboration with Sales & Operations: Partner with other departments, including sales, operations, and customer service, to create integrated marketing campaigns that support the overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, including experience in both brand marketing and franchise systems.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in franchising, including working with franchisees and adhering to brand standards.
Expertise in digital marketing, data analytics, and performance-based marketing.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with multi-brand franchise operations.
Familiarity with marketing technology platforms such as CRM systems, email automation, and analytics tools.
Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends
