The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a mission-driven, private-equity-backed healthcare organization operating in the behavioral health space, and entering an exciting new chapter of growth. The organization is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to help expand access to care by building a thoughtful, modern, and data-driven growth engine.
This is an opportunity for a senior growth leader who wants their work to truly matter — combining commercial rigor with purpose. You’ll sit at the executive table, partner closely with leadership, and play a critical role in ensuring the organization grows responsibly, sustainably, and always with the patient and family experience at the center.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the company’s end-to-end sales and marketing strategy, owning growth from awareness through intake and service start
- Build and scale a balanced, omnichannel growth engine, including digital marketing, brand, outreach, and in-person engagement
- Establish clear metrics, dashboards, and insights that bring transparency to performance and decision-making
- Partner with executive leadership on annual growth planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Advance innovation through AI-enabled marketing, personalization, and emerging acquisition channels
- Guide brand positioning and messaging that is empathetic, trustworthy, and compliant in a healthcare environment
- Collaborate closely with operations, intake, and people teams to ensure growth aligns with capacity, staffing, and patient experience
- Develop and mentor senior sales and marketing leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Ensure all marketing and outreach practices meet the highest standards of ethical, compliant healthcare marketing
Who You Are
- A proven sales, marketing, or growth leader with 10+ years of experience
- Energized by building teams and systems — not just hitting numbers
- Comfortable blending strategy, analytics, and hands-on execution
- Experienced in digital demand generation, performance marketing, and attribution
- Familiar with the nuances of healthcare, behavioral health, or other regulated service environments
- A collaborative, steady leader who builds trust across functions
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
