A company operating a popular Japanese restaurant in Woodland Hills, California seeking a Vice President of Marketing. Only candidates with marketing experience in franchise restaurants should apply.

<Job Overview> This is an executive position responsible for overseeing the company’s overall marketing strategy. The VP of Marketing will lead brand strategy, advertising/PR, digital marketing, market analysis, and sales growth initiatives, taking responsibility for business growth as a member of the executive team.

<Responsibilities>

・Develop and execute brand-wide marketing strategies across the U.S.

・Plan and design Go-to-Market strategies for new store openings

・Oversee digital advertising, CRM, and loyalty program management

・Build and strengthen marketing collaboration systems with franchisees

・Lead strategy planning and execution for PR, social media, and influencer campaigns

・Manage the marketing team

<Qualifications>

・Experience leading marketing for a QSR or fast-casual brand with franchise operations

・15+ years of marketing experience in the restaurant industry

・Hands-on experience in headquarters-led brand strategy and nationwide campaign planning

・Practical experience supporting franchisee marketing initiatives
