Job Description
The VP of Marketing will oversee brand positioning, demand generation, product marketing, digital strategy, customer engagement and integrated event marketing (including conferences, and hosted events). This leader will also be responsible for driving account-based marketing (ABM), content strategy, creative development and webinar programming, ensuring a cohesive and high-impact go-to-market approach across all channels while aligning closely with sales, product and executive leadership. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives
- Position PracticeMatch as a market leader in healthcare recruitment solutions
- Partner with executive leadership to define go-to-market strategies and expansion opportunities
- Partner closely with sales leadership to align marketing and revenue goals that support sales enablement
- Identifies opportunities to transition repetitive, or time-intensive processes to AI-assisted or fully automated workflows, while maintaining appropriate human review checkpoints to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance without compromising output integrity.
- Actively participates in the organization wide, ongoing effort to move from manual BU operational processes to AI-augmented and automated equivalents. Partners with cross-functional teams to evaluate, pilot, and scale AI transitions.
Demand Generation & Growth
- Drive pipeline growth through integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, events, webinars and strategic partnerships
- Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies targeting key healthcare systems and enterprise clients
- Optimize lead generation, conversion funnels, and customer acquisition strategies
- Implement data-driven marketing initiatives to improve ROI and customer lifetime value
Brand & Communications
- Lead brand strategy, messaging, and positioning across all channels
- Oversee content strategy and development, including thought leadership, case studies, whitepapers blogs, and multimedia assets
- Ensure alignment of content and creative with demand generation, SBM and sales enablement initiatives
- Drive corporate communication activities and manage public relations efforts
Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Oversee SEO/SEM, paid media, email marketing, social media, and marketing automation
- Leverage analytics to track performance, optimize campaigns, and inform decision-making
- Manage CRM and marketing technology stack
Product & Customer Marketing
- Collaborate with product teams to define value propositions and launch strategies
- Develop targeted messaging for healthcare employers and physician candidates
- Enhance customer experience through lifecycle marketing and engagement strategies
- Support ABM efforts with highly personalized messaging and content journeys
Events, Conferences
- Develop an integrated event marketing strategy that aligns with demand generation and revenue goals
- Ensure conferences and events are leveraged as a key channel for lead generation, brand building and customer engagement
- Evaluate event performance and ROI, optimizing future event strategy and investment
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Manage agency relationships and external vendors
