Position Overview
The Vice President (VP) of Operations at One Health (OH) and Modern Primary Care Consultants (MPCC) is responsible for leadership, strategic planning and operational management of the company’s healthcare and consulting services. In addition to overseeing clinic operations and provider services, the VP of Operations works for MPCC to help implement innovative initiatives and projects that enhance service delivery and operational performance. This role is responsible for ensuring that One Health and MPCC achieve its goals in patient care, provider satisfaction, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
The VP of Operations will be responsible for overseeing and managing the following functions:
- Leadership & Team Management:
* Provide inspirational leadership to the entire operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
* Oversees the Directors, and other key leadership roles to ensure cohesive operations across OH and MPCC.
* Lead efforts to maintain high provider and patient satisfaction, balancing operational efficiency with exceptional patient care.
- Clinic Operations & Provider Services:
* Oversee all clinic operations and provider service functions to ensure optimal performance and adherence to clinical and organizational goals.
* Focus on improving operational processes to increase efficiency, ensure compliance, and deliver quality healthcare services.
* Ensure that provider services are aligned with both clinical and patient needs, fostering a supportive environment for healthcare providers.
- Strategic Planning & Growth:
* Lead strategic planning initiatives aimed at expanding One Health’s services and market presence.
* Identify and pursue opportunities for growth, both within the current clinical offerings and through new consulting services offered by Modern Primary Care Consultants.
* Collaborate with leadership on developing long-term strategies to ensure the company’s success in the evolving healthcare landscape.
- Recruitment & Talent Management:
* Oversee recruitment efforts to attract and retain high-quality healthcare providers and administrative staff.
* Collaborate with HR and directors and MPCC leadership to ensure that staffing levels and provider engagement meet the organization’s needs.
- Consulting & Program Implementation (Modern Primary Care Consultants):
* Work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Transformation Officer to implement new initiatives, programs, and projects.
* Provide operational insight and leadership in supporting the growth and success of Modern Primary Care Consultants.
* Ensure that consulting projects align with One Health’s broader mission and operational capabilities.
- One Health Connections :
* Enhancing the One Health Connections program by expanding it to include 24/7 phone and triage services, virtual care, and comprehensive referral management.
* Supervise the Manager of One Health Connections to ensure the team consistently achieves top-decile performance.
* Develop strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of these platforms.
* Ensure continuous improvement in patient care access and provider support through these services.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of leadership experience in a healthcare or clinical setting, with experience overseeing multiple departments and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of primary care services, clinic operations, and provider service management.
- Proven ability to lead strategic planning and operational improvement in a healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with consulting services or implementing new healthcare initiatives is a plus.

- Key reports include the Directors. Key partners the VP of Strategic Initiatives
- Works closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Transformation Officer on new initiatives, programs, and projects.
