We are seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead our Austin market, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and team development.

    Key Responsibilities of a Vice President of Operations:

    • Oversee all operational functions for the Austin market
    • Own full P&L responsibility and deliver strong financial outcomes
    • Lead, coach, and develop employees and independent contractors
    • Ensure fleet readiness, preventive maintenance, and operational efficiency
    • Build and maintain relationships with customers, city officials, and community partners
    • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulatory requirements
    • Leverage KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
    • Manage the annual operating budget with a focus on cost control and efficiency
    • Support contract negotiations and new business development initiatives

    Qualifications of a Vice President of Operations:

    • 5–10 years of senior leadership experience in transportation, operations, or general management
    • Demonstrated success managing full P&L responsibility
    • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills
    • Proven ability to develop teams and cultivate a high‑performance culture
