    Founded in Fall 2024, PoliticalMeetings.com provides Database Hosting and operates as a Platform as a Service (PaaS). Our customers include various political entities, and subscribers to our database are followers of these entities and donors to candidates. Our client base includes party offices, groups, clubs, and election campaigns, making our work crucial in today's political environment. With the vital approval from the US government in April 2025, we offer essential services to legally registered political campaigns in addition to other political entities.

    Your Role:

    As VP of PaaS Sales, you will lead the planning and implementation of innovative sales strategies that align with our company goals and work to develop business with PoliticalMeetings.com customers within a territory while also recruiting 2 others that you will supervise as part of your team.

    Your responsibilities include:

    - Crafting and monitoring sales KPIs, providing valuable insights through detailed reports

    - Collaborating with team members and departments to ensure seamless communication of new strategies

    - Proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges within the sales process

    - Conducting competitive research and monitoring industry trends to stay ahead

    - Building and nurturing relationships with potential clients through targeted sales pitches

    - Continuously expanding your knowledge by attending conferences and gaining further certifications

    We seek candidates who have:

    - At least 10 (ten) years of proven experience in a sales role, demonstrating the ability to convey essential information and drive results.

    - At least 5 (5) years of experience in a leadership role within a sales department.

    - A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent sales experience.

    - A strong understanding of sales processes and best practices.

    - Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking abilities.

    - Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.

    - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on persuasion.

    - Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
