    Overview: British Swim School is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Pool Partnership to identify and secure high-value pool partnerships with hotel groups, fitness brands, senior living communities, and other aligned industries. The position requires executive-level relationship development, contract negotiation, and long-term stewardship of national and regional partnerships. This position reports to the Brand President.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective national and regional pool partners aligned with system growth goals.

    Initiate outreach and build relationships with key decision-makers at corporate entities to open doors for strategic conversations.

    Drive the progression of partnership opportunities from first contact through senior-level discussions and contract execution.

    Clearly communicate British Swim School’s value proposition and brand story to align with partner priorities.

    Lead contract negotiations and coordinate with brand team, finance, and executive stakeholders as needed.

    Qualifications:

    5–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales

    Demonstrated success in securing national or regional partnerships with corporate brands

    Experience in contract negotiation and managing deal flow from outreach through execution.

    Comfortable engaging with senior-level stakeholders and presenting to executive teams

    Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on relationship-building

    Self-directed, highly organized, and able to manage a pipeline with minimal oversight

    Nice to Have:

    Experience working within a franchise or multi-location business model

    Existing connections in hospitality, fitness, or senior living industries

    Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking outreach and deal progress

    Exposure to aquatic, fitness, or recreational facility operations

    Understanding of the swim school or youth enrichment space

    Compensation Structure:

    Base Salary with bonus potential based on signed partnerships
