    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Janitorial Sales Representative to grow our commercial cleaning business. This role is ideal for a proven sales professional with strong industry relationships and an existing book of business. The ideal candidate has an extensive background in both management and sales, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving skills.

    Responsibilities

    Grow revenue using an existing book of janitorial clients

    Build and maintain relationships with property and facility managers

    Identify and close new commercial cleaning opportunities

    Conduct site walkthroughs and develop pricing and proposals

    Work with operations to ensure smooth client onboarding

    Track leads and opportunities in a CRM

    Requirements

    15+ years of sales experience

    5+ years of janitorial or commercial cleaning sales experience

    Ability to bid and estimate janitorial services

    Existing book of business

    Established relationships with property and facility managers

    Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

    Compensation

    Base salary plus commission (uncapped)

    Performance incentives for large contracts

    Car allowance or mileage reimbursement
