    Lee Roofing is expanding the Nashville market and is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead revenue growth, build a high-performance sales team, and establish Lee Roofing as a dominant roofing provider in the area.

    This role is ideal for a driven sales leader who knows how to recruit, train, and lead top-performing sales professionals while personally contributing to company growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with General Manager to recruit, train, and lead a high-performing roofing sales team • Drive residential roofing sales and market growth • Set performance standards and accountability systems for the sales team • Manage pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets • Support reps in closing larger projects • Build strong relationships with homeowners and referral partners • Help establish Lee Roofing as a leading roofing company in the Nashville market

    Qualifications

    • Sales leadership experience preferred • Roofing or construction industry experience strongly preferred • Proven ability to recruit and develop salespeople • Strong communication and leadership skills • Competitive, driven, and results-oriented
