Summary of the Role
We’re looking for a driven, strategic VP of Sales to lead new business acquisition in the consumer health, wellness, and sports nutrition markets. This high-impact role is ideal for a hunter with deep industry experience and a proven track record selling into mid-to-large-sized brands.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and close new business with supplement and wellness brands
Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close
Develop prospecting strategies and drive pipeline growth
Build relationships with brand decision-makers
Collaborate with internal teams (Product Dev, Ops, Marketing) to ensure client success
Represent the company at key trade shows and industry events
Maintain CRM hygiene and provide regular performance reporting
Success Metrics
New accounts secured in the first 6–12 months
Revenue/bookings from new business
Pipeline growth and deal velocity
Reporting and CRM compliance
Qualifications
7–10+ years’ experience in supplement CMO sales
Proven success landing and growing B2B accounts
Knowledge of the supplement and sports nutrition industries
Strong network and ability to open doors
Executive-level presentation and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
Willingness to travel as needed
