With a focus on speed-to-market, innovation, and quality, the team supports brands from concept through final production across various delivery formats.

    Summary of the Role

    We’re looking for a driven, strategic VP of Sales to lead new business acquisition in the consumer health, wellness, and sports nutrition markets. This high-impact role is ideal for a hunter with deep industry experience and a proven track record selling into mid-to-large-sized brands.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, engage, and close new business with supplement and wellness brands

    • Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close

    • Develop prospecting strategies and drive pipeline growth

    • Build relationships with brand decision-makers

    • Collaborate with internal teams (Product Dev, Ops, Marketing) to ensure client success

    • Represent the company at key trade shows and industry events

    • Maintain CRM hygiene and provide regular performance reporting

    Success Metrics

    • New accounts secured in the first 6–12 months

    • Revenue/bookings from new business

    • Pipeline growth and deal velocity

    • Reporting and CRM compliance

    Qualifications

    • 7–10+ years’ experience in supplement CMO sales

    • Proven success landing and growing B2B accounts

    • Knowledge of the supplement and sports nutrition industries

    • Strong network and ability to open doors

    • Executive-level presentation and negotiation skills

    • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset

    • Willingness to travel as needed
