    Vice President of Sales - Residential Building Products and Cabinetry - Base Salary to 200k/year - Houston, TX

    • Our client, a manufacturer of high-quality residential building products with a focus on hardwood flooring and cabinetry, is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead national sales strategy and execution across multiple channels.
    • This role requires deep experience within the residential cabinetry sector, including working with dealer networks, distributors, contractors, and OEM partners. The Vice President of Sales will lead a national team, drive revenue growth, and expand market share through strategic planning, channel development, and team leadership.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute national sales strategy across dealer, distributor, contractor, and OEM channels within the residential cabinetry and building products market
    • Build, manage, and develop Inside and Outside Sales teams, including Business Development leadership
    • Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and new business development across assigned territories
    • Establish and grow relationships with kitchen and bath dealers, lumberyards, distributors, builders, and OEM customers
    • Analyze sales performance, forecasting, pipeline activity, and key performance indicators to drive decision-making
    • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align go-to-market strategy and product positioning
    • Lead pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and margin optimization initiatives
    • Represent the organization at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
    • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities within residential cabinetry and building products
    • Manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, growth-oriented environment

    Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within residential building products, with direct experience in cabinetry, millwork, or architectural wood products
    • 5+ years of experience leading and developing sales teams across multiple channels (dealer, distributor, contractor, OEM)
    • Experience working with kitchen and bath dealers, pro dealers, or building material distribution networks
    • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and developing new business opportunities
    • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment

    Compensation:

    • Base salary in the 180k - 200k/year range, plus bonus potential
