    Job Description

    As the Vice President of Sales Supply Chain (North America), you’ll play a critical role in scaling our business while collaborating across all functions, including Revenue Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product, Business Development, and Finance. This is both a growth and leadership role , guiding a team of Account Executives to expand our presence and impact in the Enterprise Supply Chain Software space.

    This is a home-based position with travel across North America as needed. Preferred location: East Coast, U.S.

    What you will do…..

    • Build an organization focused on driving real business outcomes for manufacturers, requiring a competitive and driven individual.

    • Key figure engaging with the market, serving as the authoritative voice and public face of our Supply Chain offerings throughout North America.

    • You will lead a sales team across the U.S.

    • Forecast and drive quarterly business results.

    • Develop an annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives.

    • Recruit,train and develop a high performing world class sales team.

    • Drive revenue growth by uncovering hidden customer needs and framing our offerings. as the critical solution to those newly recognized problems.

    • Focus on Installbase and Net New efforts and aligning with your team to drive and create pipeline growth and strategies.

    • Supporting sales cycles onsite with customers and prospects and engage in the art of the sale.

    • You and your team will leverage a suite of technologies to support your team's success, such as Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, LiNavigator, Seismic and others.

    Skills and Experiences:

    • 5+ Years of Sales Leadership in Supply Chain Software Industry (Global Trade and Transportation, Digital Supply Chain Planning, Strategic Supplier and Supplier Management)

    • 10+ years Sales, Marketing & PreSales experience in enterprise SAAS software sales, highly prefer Supply Chain Software Industry experience

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred

    • Mentoring and Coaching

    • Success in attaining and exceeding team quotas

    • The ability to think outside the box

    • High Energy and must have a Start-up Mentality

    • Competitive Attitude

    • Cultivates High-Performing Teams

    Responsibilities:

    • Forecast and drive quarterly business results

    • Recruit, train and develop a high-performing, world-class sales team

    • Work closely with various units throughout the organization such as Finance, Marketing, Business Development, Services and Support

    • Compensation packages based on experience and desired skill set

    Compensation Package:

    • Base Pay range: $200,000 - $250,000 Annually (12 Months)

    • Position eligible for Sales Commission Plan

    • The range applies to the US only. If the final candidate is in another country, the local currency and range would be based on competitive ranges in those countries in alignment with the job grade range.

    • Placement within our pay range will vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market location variations as well as internal peer equity
