Boston Engineering seeks a driven, hands-on sales and marketing leader to grow the firm’s commercial (non-government, non-defense) engineering consulting business. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a high-performance sales strategy targeting markets such as medical devices, diagnostics, robotics, industrial automation, and other innovation-driven sectors.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with the ability to execute personally and to lead a team. This role will oversee both sales and marketing functions — building pipeline, closing deals, shaping messaging, and ultimately driving growth.

Location : Office-based role in Waltham, Massachusetts
Travel : Up to 10% travel
Salary Range: The base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a performance bonus of up to 20% of the annual wage, based on achievement of individual, team, and company-wide performance goals. The final offer amount will be determined by factors such as the candidate’s education, experience, and skills. A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) match, and paid time off, is also provided.
