Job Description

• Responsible for writing, editing, and assembling technical proposal content.
• Responsible for coordinating with internal and external personnel to email/receive proposal materials.
• Responsible for assisting with marketing campaigns and materials.
• Responsible for analyzing RFP/RFQ requirements.

Note: This position requires graphic design ability to support proposal and marketing material development but is not a “pure” graphic design position.  Requires a significant amount of time on proposal development not related to graphic design.

Qualifications

Education Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, English, Business or Marketing and/or 5 years of experience in a similar position specifically in the civil engineering, architectural, construction or related industry.

Specific Knowledge Required

• InDesign experience required.
• Must be proficient in word processing and graphic design programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat applications. Adobe Illustrator and Teams experience is a plus.
• Must be proficient in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Other

Requires considerable technical writing and organizational skills and must have considerable initiative, diplomacy, flexibility, as well as good oral and written communication skills.  Must be able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
