    Lead Line Cook at The Victor Tavern in Edmonds The Victor Tavern in Edmonds, a creation from Chef Ethan Stowell, is a contemporary tavern and sports bar that provides a family-friendly environment where customers can enjoy popular burgers, cocktails, and local beers. Located on Main Street, the Victor Tavern has a spacious dining room and outdoor patio serving lunch, happy hour, dinner, and weekend brunch. We are is looking for an enthusiastic Lead Line Cook who is as passionate about people, food, and sports as we are! You will be a master of working on all stations and will have excellent knife skills. The focus of this position is on preparing high-quality food that creates the type of exceptional dining experiences that ESR is known for. Attention to detail, expanding ingredient and menu knowledge, and modeling a positive learning mindset are all integral aspects of being a Lead Line Cook at the Victor Tavern.     Current WA State Food Handler Card

    Be highly motivated by creating great food and making people happy

    Have excellent knife skills and a strong understanding of basic cooking methods

    Demonstrate strong communication skills
