We are currently seeking someone to assist the Marketing Department in providing internal support for new and current Loan Officers and their marketing/advertising needs. You will also be responsible for learning and offering support to new and existing systems.  Responsibilities: • Interact regularly with assigned staff to determine marketing and advertising needs • Assist in creating and assembling marketing materials and communication projects • Maintain awareness of inventory levels and notify the Marketing Manager when materials are needed • Comply with Victorian Finance, LLC policy, as well as industry regulations • Managing Outlook, scheduling meetings. • Work REALTOR® events • Assist REALTORS® with on-boarding to our systems • Creative writing • Social Media Management  • Content Creation  Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications • Minimum one (1) year related marketing experience • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, Google files, and email automation • Copywriting experience preferred Core Competencies: • Team oriented • Task-oriented • Analytical • Stable • Consistent • Attentive to details • Precise • Verbal and written communication • Creativity • Dependable • Quick learner • Fast adoption of technology/web/internet • Tech-savvy Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly
