This is a part-time internship for Spring/Summer 2022. You will be assisting with a variety of clerical duties, data entry, recruiting, benefits, onboarding, and various tasks as required. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will play an integral role in assisting with various Human Resources-related recruitment initiatives that contribute to the success of the department. Responsibilities: • Supporting the overall employee experience • Creating and distributing HR documents • Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators • Assists in the recruiting and interviewing processes and scheduling • Coordinate the maintenance, recording, preparation, and reporting of data related to employee information • Assists in background checks Qualifications: • Ability to maintain high confidentiality this role demands • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to develop, influence, and maintain strong partnerships and relationships at all levels of the organization • Excellent project management, multi-tasking, follow-through, and organizational skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) • Ability to Multi-task, handle detail-oriented work, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision • Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality in all matters • Junior or Senior in a 4-year college or university • Knowledge of HR laws Compensation: $12 - $15 per hour
