    Job Description

    Victorious is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to engage, delight, and instill loyalty in our ever-growing customer base. From supporting the customer onboarding process to renewals, and everything in between, this is an opportunity to take the time to understand our customers' unique experience with Victorious. Our ideal candidate will be excited to dive in headfirst and to deliver a better customer journey that meets and exceeds our brand promise.

     

    We are open to applicants across the United States, as this is a remote-flex opportunity.

     

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: 

    Executing strategic end-to-end lifecycle marketing initiatives that ensure customer retention and customer-initiated brand evangelism.

     

    YOU'LL ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: 

    • Ensuring consistent external brand messaging across all mediums to maximize brand experience and loyalty
    • Creating and optimizing case studies, testimonials, and quotes across varying mediums
    • Owning content strategy for the bottom of the funnel to ensure the successful execution and delivery of high-quality content assets
    • Creating post-sale marketing campaigns to maximize revenue retention and expansion.
    • Establishing and managing a Customer Advisory Board to prioritize the voice of the customer
    • Managing customer referral programs
    • Maximizing brand presence and reputation on customer reviews and rating platforms
    • Collaborating with customer operations departments to support and deliver a more exceptional customer experience

     

    REQUIRED SKILLS &  EXPERIENCE:

    • A minimum of 2-3 years in a marketing facing role
    • Experience in B2B marketing
    • Experience creating sales/customer success materials
    • Experience A/B testing, experimentation, and making decisions based on the resulting data

     

    THE "GOOD-TO-HAVES":

    • Experience with online community building
    • Experience managing a Customer Advisory Board
