We are looking to add a hands-on cloud architect to our elite consulting practice. This person will be architecting and leading large-scale AWS cloud migrations and implementations including cloud infrastructure design and management.  

LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

• Ability to develop architectural designs for scaling large multi-tier applications

• Experience implementing security frameworks on AWS (PCI, NIST etc.)

• Experience with application discovery and planning (MRA and MRP)

• Experience architecting and deploying disaster recovery on AWS

• Experience delivering within and Agile environment  

• Strong track record of implementing AWS services (EC2, ELB, RDS, Route53, CloudFront & S3 etc.) within a variety of distributed computing environments

• Large scale migration experience such as Data Centre to Data Centre and/or Data Centre to Cloud

• DevOps Infrastructure automation experience (E.g. Shell, Python, Ruby, PowerShell scripting)

• Configuration management experience using CloudFormation, Chef, and Puppet

PREFERRED

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect

LOCATION: Remote and New York Metro area. Flexible schedule (40-50% on-site/travel).
