3. Help clients understand the benefits of their policy
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident in their decision and in your services.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulatory changes to provide the best service and advice to clients.
6. Regularly review clients' circumstances to ensure that their policy continues to meet their needs.
