POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a self-motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to perform a variety of duties including servicing customer calls, invoicing, collections, reconciliation, filing, scanning, and basic administrative duties for our corporate headquarters. As a successful CSR, you must have a strong customer service orientation, outstanding telephone skills with a good phone voice, high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent computer skills, and an ability to accomplish several goals at a very fast pace while thinking quickly and clearly.

Our CSR has primary oversight of telephonic customer service communication, collections and data reconciliation with our local facilities. CSR is a motivated individual with outstanding customer service skills and the ability to succeed in a high-growth environment. Our ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years as a Customer Service Representative in an industrial/logistic field, and has the ability to handle multiple projects at a time with an upbeat attitude. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer incoming calls and assist routing accordingly
• Customer invoicing and collections
• Assist dispatch when necessary
• Enter orders and updates into the system
• Compile Excel spreadsheets
• Maintain office files including billing, payroll, and invoicing for accounts
• Reconcile data with ancillary facilities on a daily basis
• Other duties as requested

BENEFITS & PAY:

CSR salary and incentives range is $40,000 - 50,000 per year.

REQUIREMENTS:

• College degree or comparable experience
• A minimum of 5 years CSR experience
• Outstanding telephone shills with good phone voice
• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills
• Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
