    Vida Integrated Health is seeking a Lead Physical Therapist to join our team at our Vida Bellevue clinic! This is a great opportunity for a PT looking for a change and wanting to get into a leadership role. In addition to treating patients, responsibilities will be to manage and grow the Vida Bellevue PT department. They will be mentored by our Director of PT, and also supported by the location's clinic manager and facility director. Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their medical history, current health concerns, and lifestyle factors • Develop individual patient treatment plans based on diagnosis and incorporate physical therapy modalities to address the patient's health issues • Maintain clinical records, including progress notes and patient's treatment plans, for each patient • Monitor patient's condition and responses to treatments and adjust treatments accordingly • Consult and collaborate with other health professionals as needed, both internal and external Qualifications: • Authorization to work in the US • Passage of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) • Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) • At least three years of practicing Physical Therapy • Experience in providing sports rehabilitation, outpatient orthopedics, and post-surgical rehab • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compensation: $100,000+
