    Vida Integrated Health is actively seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Vida Everett clinic team! Perks & Benefits of Joining Vida: • Generous and Flexible Paid Time Off • Paid Holidays • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and more • Internal Wellness program with $2,000 in annual credits • Continuing education allowance • Product & Supplement Discounts • 401(K) with employer match Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their medical history, current health concerns, and lifestyle factors • Develop patient treatment plans based on diagnosis and incorporate occupational and physical therapy modalities to address the patient's health issues • Helping injured workers get back to activity with work hardening, and work conditioning • Maintain clinical records, including progress notes and treatment plans, for each patient • Monitor patient's condition and responses to treatments and adjust treatments accordingly Qualifications: • Authorized to work in the US • Must have a degree in occupational therapy from an American Occupational Therapy Association-approved institution • Must have a current state license in the state you reside in • Minimum of 1 year experience in outpatient occupational therapy • Must have exceptional analytical skills, communication, and interpersonal skills Compensation: $40 - $60 per hour
