    Vida Integrated Health is actively seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Vida Everett clinic! Applicants will need a master’s degree in occupational therapy, a current license, and at least 1 year of experience working as an occupational therapist. Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their medical history, current health concerns, and lifestyle factors. • Develop patient treatment plans based on diagnosis and incorporate occupational and physical therapy modalities to address the patient's health issues. • Helping injured workers get back to activity with work hardening, and work conditioning. • Maintain clinical records, including progress notes and treatment plans, for each patient. • Monitor patient's condition and responses to treatments and adjust treatments accordingly. Qualifications: • Authorized to work in the US. • Must have a degree in occupational therapy from an American Occupational Therapy Association-approved institution. • Must have a current state license in the state you reside in. • Minimum of 1 year experience in outpatient occupational therapy. • Must have exceptional analytical skills, communication, and interpersonal skills. Compensation: $40 - $60 per hour
