    Vida Integrated Health is actively seeking an Assistant to the Director of Operations to be part of our excellent team, in our 6 clinics located around the greater Seattle area. In this position, you’ll work in tandem with the clinic managers and Director of Operations to provide support to the front desk and clinical team. The ideal candidate must have experience in a front office or hospitality-related role, with supervisory skills and experience. Those who are successful in this role will have the potential opportunity for advancement into a clinic manager role. Experience in the healthcare field and general knowledge of health insurance is a great advantage, but not required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in any of the following settings: athletic facilities, chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, massage, naturopathic, and internal medicine Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday. Responsibilities: • Manage front desk operations, including training of Front Desk staff • Work in tandem with the Clinic Manager to ensure front desk and customer service practices are running efficiently and accurately • Oversee all systems directly related to patient care, and work with the Director of Operations to implement best practices and ensure consistency for employees and patients throughout Vida clinic locations • Ensure the best possible patient experience through management and training of support team members Qualifications: • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role • Possesses keen attention to detail to complete clinic operational audits, insurance billing, and patient care coordination tasks Compensation: $24 - $30 hourly
