    Vida Integrated Health is actively seeking a Clinic Manager, to be part of our great team at our Vida Madison clinic! In the manager position, you’ll provide support to the clinical team and the leadership team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a clinic manager role with supervisory experience and skill. Preference will be given to candidates with management experience working in any of the following settings: athletic facilities, chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, massage, naturopathic, and/or internal medicine. Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday. Responsibilities: • Provide leadership and a supportive presence to our providers, clinic staff, and patients • Complete clinic operational audits, insurance billing, and patient care coordination tasks • Assist with clinic billing, audits, and addressing patient relations • Set an example for the team, providing mentorship and implementing training as needed • Assist with projects, administrative tasks, and any other clinic task as assigned to support the team Qualifications: • At least 1 year experience as a clinic manager or supervisor • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently to complete and execute tasks, and work with others as a team. • Ability to learn quickly from oral and written instructions • Strong customer service skills, verbal communication, and professionalism • Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Teams) • US Work Authorization Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
